The Sidas Foam Met Pads relieve tension in the forefoot, ensuring optimum comfort.
This product is a comfort-enhancer and not a medical orthotic. They can ease pain and discomfort in the fore foot.
Fitting
Remove the insole from your footwear and place the met pad in the centre of the insole towards the front (see diagram inside).
